A deeper dive into my personal and professional journey:

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I completed my Master’s in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and I have been licensed as a mental health clinician since 2016. Prior to my own journey as a mother, I worked in an array of settings with many different client populations, including school-based therapy with elementary-aged youth, non-profit clinics for those with severe and persistent mental illness, and university counseling centers with young adults.

My interest in perinatal mental health stems from my own experience managing a difficult pregnancy loss and the subsequent birth of my two young children. I have received specialized advanced training in perinatal mental health care from Postpartum Support International, and I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals and families during this sensitive and often overwhelming time.

In order to give back to my community and to help raise awareness about PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), I have been a board member of the Postpartum Health Alliance since 2022.

Iyou're looking for support during a difficult time, or simply want to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment, I am here to help. When I’m not at work you can find me reading a good book, exploring our local farmer’s market, taking my kiddos to the playground, or going on neighborhood walks.
